Are you happy with it? I'm considering one as well. How does their black powdercoat match up with the black paint?

I like it more than I thought I would to be honest! I will eventually get high clearance bumpers, but I'm gonna run this for quite a while first. The black powdercoat matches the matte black plastic of the stock bumper trim, but not the truck's paint color. I think it all blends nicely though

Got the chrome out of the tailgate:

    And off the front bumper!

Not really sure why, when I was looking for write ups on how to change the corners, everyone says you need to take the front bumper off. I wanted to avoid it because I didn't want to deal with unwiring my light and removing the light bar (it's a pain to get to the bolts on that thing). I figured it out myself and did it without removing the bumper. Even with taking time to take some pictures and figure out what I was doing, it only took me 2 hours. I'll do a write up for those that want to do it without pulling the entire bumper.

    Next project: wash it!

Finally got my leaf spring poly bushing installed. After a trip to Reno a couple weeks ago I decided it was time, pretty bouncy on I 80.
Been dreading it as I have seen all the trouble some have had doing this job. Well I got lucky and everything went smooth. Rented a ball joint press and entire job took about an hour. Didn't even need to use an impact gun, 1/2" drive ratchet was all I needed. Definitely a smoother ride, still need to get it up on I 80 for a comparison.

Wheelers Off Road. They are the 1/2 set but they don't seem to carry them any more.
Looks like they still have the full set which is not that expensive. I can PM the link if you like.

I scored a great deal on an extra grille/bulge set from @Rextinkleton93 and was able to do a better clear coat job on my DIY-color-matched, this time using 2k Clear instead of the cheap Duplicolor stuff. I also painted the insert black, so it actually stands out from the MGM now. Much happier with the results all around.

Just finished installing the rear TRD sway bar. It took 1hr and was pretty simple. Local Toyota dealer beat internet pricing and they had it in stock.

Added some side steps... I really like that they are aluminum... but not sure about the brushed color... may have to spray them black... they do help getting in and out though!!!

attempted BD SAE amber fogs. ended up chasing my tail by trying to do it without removing my TPO bumpershellz. ended up taking off the drive side bumpershellz to gain better access to the fog light cowl.
10x easier with the bumpershell off.

ordered 3M to reapply bumpershellz and gonna do the passenger side once that's here.
ended up fouling up the cowl while thrashing with it so got a new one coming from spark parts.

so word of advice, if installing new fogs (BD at least) and you have bumpershellz already on, go ahead and order 3M tape. they're gonna need to come off. It's not worth the hassle trying to leave them on. the cowls should come off too, much easier to get em properly aligned and seated that way

I've had to pop my bumpershellz off a couple times now for various mods/adjustments. I keep a roll of 3m Exterior Mounting Tape in my toolbox. You can get it at Walmart, and its nearly identical to what comes pre-applied on the shellz.
