New wheels, tires, and 2.5" leveling kit. But now the front is a little higher than the rear :annoyed:

If you saw my other thread you'll know it wasn't as simple as I had hoped but the Victory 4x4 skid plate is now on my truck.

What leveling kit do you have? It looks like a bit more than 2.5". If you have the Bilstein 5100, the coil seat could possibly be installed incorrectly. Which is dangerous, and can cause it to lift higher. To me, this looks to be the case.

yeah the front looks quite a bit higher....I am certainly no lift expert but from research I have been doing 2” front lift should be basically level but that looks like quite a bit more than 1/2” higher than the rear.

2” Leveling kit installed last night and alignment done this afternoon at a local shop. Exact look I was after

It's the rough country leveling kit. I also have all these lights on, but they did break a speed sensor when disassembling, that they ordered, am hoping that's the cause of the lights. Any input?
I've had this on ramps and started it and had no alerts?
I think I'm going to need to put 1" in the rear.

22 calendar days for this order. I’m still waiting on another order.

In my honest opinion, it is 100% worth the wait.

My neighbor has the TRD PRO center caps and these look exactly like them as far as fit and finish (obviously the design is different) but they cost less then 1/2 the price of one OEM part.

The lights are odd, but hopefully the speed sensor will fix it.

Also I read that the Rough Country kit is a spacer kit, and includes shims to fine tune your ride height. If all shims are used then it will be a 3 inch lift. Nothing wrong with that (might be a bit challenging to align, but not impossible) . And if you like that height, then you can lift the rear to level it. Otherwise see if they used all the shims, and if so you can remove some to lower the front level with the rear.

He said he used the Rough Country 2.5" level kit. I'm not familiar with it, but a quick Google search shows its a spacer lift. Stock coilover untouched.

Exactly, I told them 2.5", well, they added all the spacers to make it 3".

What's better to use, shackles or icon 1.5" rear spring lift?

Love the wheels and tires. Don't care to much for the front higher than the rear, just personal preference though. And is that snow, wow, haven't seen that in long while.

Wheels are 20" kmc XD135 in bronze +18 offset. I am a little surprised that the tires rub, only a 33" tire. Tires are Falken wildpeak, I like them, no tire drone.

Yeah, I dont care for it either, they added all the spacers when I told them 2.5". I will be doing something to the rear, not sure if shackles or icon spring lift is better?

I don't have experience with either one on these trucks, but I have read good things about both. I'm sure others will give input.

I have a Pro Comp 2.5" leveling kit, and the rake is perfectly flat; no spacers or shims were added. Now that you have a mini Carolina Squat, your TSS sensor may be throwing all those lights...

    Here's what mine looks like.

Yeah I feel like I'm in a minority. I understand the motives behind chrome-delete because I did that with my old Tacoma, but my tastes have changed a bit with the Tundra. I like really liked the look of the Limiteds and Platinums, but couldn't find one in a 6-passenger.
