Good news. Bill Murray didn't get killed off in ZombieLand after all. DoubleTap proved it....

I can’t tell from your picture but do you have the 5.7 or 4.6 and 4x4 or 2WD? For 21 I’m guessing 4.6 and 2WD. The best I’ve been able to achieve after 3.5 years old ownership is 19.4 mpg, and that was on about a 2.5 hour straight and flat highway trip in CA keeping my speed around 68-69 mph.

We need a better search function. Way too many MPG threads. Anything mentioning MPG's about our gas hog needs to automatically get dumped/lumped into space. We sent men to the moon....soon, men and women to Mars. Enough with MPG threads based upon nothing actually. We can't find someone to fix our search function?????

I think it can be done. Just remove the bed, fenders and front bumper. Or just take a sawzall to all that useless shit.

I also heard, by installing a cold air intake, you gain 15-20 mpg and 40-50 hp.

I get 21 sometimes. 19 to 20 is my regular. Not bad for a pickup truck. I don't know why everyone knocks the Tundra for mpg. It is no worse than any other truck...it is a truck. Driving habits and keeping a truck stock are the biggest factors to good mpg with any brand. Congrats on the new ride and welcome!

I get 27.2 . . . Km per gallon. But, who is counting. I measure my extending body parts in millimeters to impress the chicks.

That guy running out in front of the truck...he’s gotta be only getting like 3 MPG because he’s got the pedal to the metal.

If I baby mine on the highway I’ve gotten 26 mpg but around town holy sh*t it’s bad , I stopped caring about it . If I wanted good mileage I’d buy a Prius but I wanted a truck !
