What emblem fits this grill?

How ever the original emblem doesn't fit into the new grill. I have the TSS system. Any ideas?

That is what my current one, from the old grille, looks like too. But the tabs don't line up at all.

I'm having a hard time finding one with the right tabs. The one that came with that grille in the thread doesn't fit my new grille.

You may have to go with a compatible grill if you want to retain the TSS emblem and functionality. Did you tell @Roman what year your tunny was?

I know it works great! But if I need to change the grille again, not sure why but I did already.. I wouldn't want it to be permanent

Not a bad idea if I could find a badge that fit the preset spots for clips. I haven't found online one that fits that style.
I wouldn't even know where to start with that.

A glue gun or JB weld can put pins clips bolts whatever wherever you need it. I just used marine Grade JB weld to patch drill hole in my radiator. I have used that to attach the dip stick handle to the round rod of a ford 6.0 diesel. It has held for 2 years now. Not regular JB weld but Marine grade. It sealed the rad better than risking a tig thin rod filler weld. I was tempted to try. Pick up a cheap cosmetic belt buckle of you favourite team, thing, brand whatever.

I ran into this problem yesterday.. I finally came across this thread!!!!!!! What a day of cussing and a headache. I still may hack up my emblem, than spend another $300!! I already spent $1250 from Sparks Parts on the color matched MGM bumper caps, Platinum grille and painted bulge!

Apparently the 2020 grilles are shipped out with a new pattern for the TSS emblem. You can no longer swap out your existing TSS emblem like before. Sparks Parts is still labeling these as 2019, and there customer service is non existent. Through text only, what a joke. I don't recommend them.

I got no where on the forums yesterday, but the appreciated the help. Everyone was like..."bro, you have a TSS special emblem, that's the one you need..." I was like, I know that, and I have one!!! What I'm trying to say, is that it does not line up with the new grille I just received!!! My truck is a 2019, and the platinum grille was labeled as 2019 on Sparks website. Sticker on the box has a 3/20 date factory wrapped from Toyota. Tells me its a 2020 grille!!! I need a 2020 TSS emblem...

That is exactly what happened to me. Except my vendor stated all I needed was there. Did not tell me I needed the extra 300 bux emblem!
I am sending mine back to me it is not worth the extra cash!

One what? If you are talking about a 2018 emblem they do not fit on the new 2020 and up grilles. The 2020 grilles are the ones that are now being sent out when people purchase an aftermarket grille from a Toyota dealer...The grilles look identical, but the emblem mounts are totally different and will require much fabrication to make a pre 2020 emblem work...

Good luck. I'm waiting to hear what Sparks will do since it was labeled as a 2019 grille on the website, and it still is. I'm willing to buy a new emblem if it comes down to that, but I expect a hefty discount...especially because of how much I already spent with them...

Yeah that is crazy expensive for emblem... I really don't want to have to spend that to get the new grill to work. Mine shows up on Tuesday.

You will need the a different emblem! I know from experience. I was told no hefty discount when I inquired about it.
    Good luck.

Hopefully they have some 2019 grilles. They will have to look at the box for the "born-on" or "packaged" date from factory. It will most likely need to date from early 2019 or before. Or, it will need to be specifically a 2018-2019 grille, not 2020. Like I mentioned before, I ordered a "2019" grille from Sparks Parts. If sparks doesn't have one for me, I will just return it, and get the grille and emblem at a later date. I can't afford to spend another $300-$400. I will keep my hood bulge, and just plastidip my grille in Graphite Metallic dip. I had my rear bumpers in that color before the caps, and it is a perfect match as can be for plasti-dip..

...Being that Tundra parts have been compatible for the longest time, I probably will have a heck of a time trying to explain the situation to Sparks Parts. As the OP stated, he was told "he should have everything." They are probably going to think I'm a idiot and don't know what I'm doing, as some forum members thought when I asked them about my situation...

Here are some pics for comparison. My current OEM SR5 grille vs. the new platinum grille. At first glance they look the same, and modification looks relatively easy. Me, being a skilled handyman, I can guarantee you it's not. It would require you to basically butcher all the tabs and outer skirt of your current emblem and epoxy it to the new grille. Will, it work? Maybe, but do you really wanna do that to your new $350 grille, and possibly ruin your $300 current emblem? It will be a permanent modification...

Thank you for the info hopefully @Roman will be able to give some clarification.

I have had these items in the cart for months so I did not reread all of the info. When I read the ultimate parts thread this weekend it makes it look like the limited grill has the same emblem as the new platinum grill, see screen shots below.
