First tow with the Pro. Taking the trailer to a local shop for some annual service. Wasn't on the bump stops, but only about 1" above. Definitely need to get a WDH and/or airbags before the camping season starts.

Nice! This is our 3rd summer with the trailer and have really happy with it so far. Was actually trying to get out your direction this summer, but made different plans. Maybe next year.

That blue is a great color...it look awesome with your truck. Maybe it's the camera, but the trailer seems to bring out a blue hue in the truck.

I like that boat of yours. Here is my NEXT shallow water tunnel. The SHALLOW SPORT X3-25. It is the top shelf shallow water bay boat. Draft at rest is 9.5", draft on plane is 5", hole shot draft 12". This sucker will EAT big water just as easily as it skims across skinny water.
It's expensive, but if the stock market recovers in the next year it's MINE.

Say you're at your favorite remote site. Maybe a federal or state park. If the state issues a "stay indoors" order, do you have to leave or do you have to stay? And if I have to stay, can they charge me the per-night rate? I cannot leave, so seems like I get a few weeks of free peace and quiet. Hmm...

Agreed but have talked to some people that have been faced with this already too.
Some places let you run out an existing reservation and others boot you right away.

Shallow sports have run across the Texas bays since the beginning of custom Texas bay boats. I see them from time to time around me (Galveston TX). Just to much boat for my needs and too rich for my blood. The X-3 is Badass though. I'll just keep checking them out at the boat show.

Lol. Every campsite we have called is not taking anybody right now. So we finished cleaning the pondtoon tonight and probably hit the lake.

Yep, it's a long shot that I will ever purchase a boat that extreme, but it's like a hot young lady, keeps me dreaming and feeling young.
I'm happy with my Xpress SW20-B for now. It's hard to find a boat that will handle big water and still run in skinny water with no concerns of bottoming out in 12 inches of water. My boat was built to run shallow, but it beats your ass in 2-3 foot rollers. So, we mostly stick to the grass-flats, rivers and creeks around the Bay. Love being right there when the Redfish are tailing in 6-8 inches. Can't do that kind of fishing in a big Deep-V.

I'd love to do this type of fishing. The only Reds we get in my part of the Chesapeake are HUGE. I really enjoy skinny saltwater fishing though. My boat is not the boat for that.

I love ANY style of fishing, but skinny saltwater fishing is by far my favorite. It's so exciting to sight fish in 1-3 feet of water, where you can actually target the fish you are after. We have target fished for Reds, Trout, and doormat sized Flounder in very shallow water. Those big Bull Reds are fun to catch, but you can't keep them, and they wouldn't be good to eat anyway. Many times we have gotten on schools of Reds & Trout and filled the cooler with them. Small Reds are best, but nothing tastes better than Trout & Flounder, to me anyway.

I’ll add mine to the list. 2014 Livin Lite VRV 32’ Toy Hauler.
Tundra handles it well. My next truck will be a 3/4 ton for better interstate pulling Though. Hopefully Toyota Steps up.

I also pull tractors and I picked up a Range Rover to build up so I’ll be pulling that as well.

    I'm guessing an 1700BH?
All you need for that is a Husky WDH. I have one for towing my 2106FBS and it works like a champ. I have zero sag and it's rock solid.

It's the 1700 BH...was trying to decide between airbags and the WDH. Had bags on my last truck, but I've scaled the trailer and my pin weight is pretty heavy. Thanks for the recommendation on WDH...
