I'm thankful for every stupid comment and every boneheaded decision I've ever made. I'm thankful for every evil person who has taken advantage of me. I'm thankful for every time my heart was ever broken, and for every silly woman who used it as a stepping stone, to who-knows what.

Every bad road traveled; every opportunity squandered, has lead me to who I am and to the life I live today.

I'm thankful for @joem1cha3l's decision (or indecisiveness in this case) to upgrade his tires after 1000 miles so I could get a great deal on them!

I'm thankful for having a wonderful hippy chick wife, family, friends, and Tundras.com.
Let's take a moment and realize that there are many people that are less fortunate than most of us. So when I start complaining that I couldn't do this or have that and life sucks, I tell myself you could be a lot worse off. Salute
Oh and 1 more thing. I'm very thankful I'm going offshore fishing this sat, my freezer is MT.

I'm thankful for my wife, kids, and dogs. I'm thankful that I have everything I NEED to live a happy life and provide for my family.

Like @mdavis, I, too, am trying to figure out have to pay $45K for an in-ground pool, and I'm thankful that I'm in a position to be considering it vs being in a position of trying to figure out how to buy groceries.

I am thankful to my Lord and Savior for all that I have been blessed with in this earthly life. Blessed with an amazing wife to share life with. She is an awesome soulmate.

Material things...., they will all be gone someday, but eternal life is forever.
As the old saying goes, ya never see a hurse pulling a uhaul trailer.

Every morning when i wake up sucking air and know i have one more day to appreciate LIFE !..When i am driving around and see homeless people i feel grateful of course, but very sad at the same time....Im grateful for 12+ years of sobriety and a sponsor in AA that helped me work the steps....one of those steps is step 4 .." Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves "...And step 5 .." Admitted to god and another human being the exact nature of our wrongs ".....Totally a spiritual experience i cannot put into words how much those 2 steos set me FREE ....And i am thankful for my 2 sons, who mean the world to me. Thanks for creating this post, and reminding me today that i am GRATEFUL...
