Every other sport becomes meaningless to me from September to February (unless the Dodgers make the playoffs).

I never got into watching any of the sports I didn't play, and I totally sucked ass at soccer. As for hockey, I did follow what was formerly The Mighty Ducks for a bit during college (used to live near the Duck Pond) and at the time also did a brief stint playing roller-hockey (league), but my feet never adjusted to the skates so I gave it up - and also stopped following the team. I played football, baseball, and basketball, which is what I mostly watch, with tennis being the exception which I didn't play, but I follow the Grand Slam tournaments.

I get that, I only played soccer from I think 4 years old through High school, so yeah, I can relate. My wife played all through HS and college. We've both busted up our knees with multiple surgeries so no more playing for us. One of our first our of town dates was to a soccer game, USA vs. Argentina.

That's really cool! Nothing like having a significant other that can relate to sports and attend games with! Although my wife didn't play traditional sports, she danced/coached professionally on several pro sports NBA/NFL franchise's team dance/spirit girls and her dad coached football and tennis. So jealous that she was around the the 90s Lakers regularly (Magic!) and was friends with AC Green of the LA Clippers when she was dancing for them. Sadly we weren't dating at the time so I didn't get to meet any of them, but my son did get to travel with her to Boston when she guest-coached the Celtics girls. I have a pic of that teenage boy with a gigantic grin on his face surrounded by a bunch of skimpily clad girls lol. So yeah the wife's been around sports all her life and eagerly watches/attends games with me. Unfortunately for her, I turned her into a Packers fan, which we're also co-owners of a Packers share.

120 episodes I believe. I spent a many nights up until 3 binge watching the entire series on dvd, only to wake up at 6am.

I used to do the same in the mid / late 2000’s. I never watched week to week, I waited till the dvd of each season came out and watched them.

I even went on a 4 hour lost tour in Hawaii in 2011 and went where they used to film the locations. I geeked out the entire time! Even ate shrimp at the food truck and got a dharma initiative / oceantic t shirt I actual wore yesterday

That's so fun to do. Awesome enough to be in Hawaii, and then get to geek out like that. Last September the wife and I took a mountain bike tour on Oahu where some of the Jurassic Park scenes were filmed, along with Kong Skull Island and 50 First Dates. We had an absolute blast!

And speaking of Jurassic Park/World, last watched:

Wife and I did it last year or more. Kind of fell off. We really enjoyed it for a few seasons but became a little redundant. I think we made it up to the most recent season but didn’t finish it

it is a good watch though

My wife, then GF, bought me the Lost encyclopedia. Started reading it but didn’t come close to finishing it. Lots of info there.

Thats very cool. Wife and I did major hiking on Hawaii honeymoon. Despite being warned not to, we went on a helicopter ride and saw the location from Jurassic Park where the helicopter lands near waterfalls.

My wife and I were disappointed with the "hiking" on Maui. I guess that's what we get for taking hiking recommendations from the rich couple we met on the dinner cruise.

I think one of my close friends had it. A small group of 6 of us would watch certain seasons over New Years break. 2 seasons over a few days and would rotate over each year. I felt it was too much info for my Brain to comprehend at time. Might need to pick one up for myself.

Oh, we loved it. We just didn't find any hikes as good as the ones we're used to at home in the Rockies.

Watched The Terminator tonight. The movie is as old as me and still holds up. 100% rotten tomatoes score too.

I’ve never watched this channel before but it showed the boobs!

The first 3 episodes were a hard watch, but it started to get better by episode 5. Then the last 3 episodes were more entertaining.

And that's a wrap. Finished the last 2 episodes last night as well. Glad I stuck through it, it got better toward the end. But still nowhere near as good as Season 1.
