Just finished our traditional Christmas Eve dinner of ~12 meatless dishes

Kutia (boiled wheat with honey and poppy seeds)
Pyrogies with fried onions, sour cream and dill
    Cabbage rolls
    Mushrooms
    Beets
Natchingka (a cormeal dish that's not traditional for Christmas Eve but I wanted to try making it)
    Fish for me
    Veggie "fish" for the wife
    Fresh veggies
    Assorted desserts

Sorry, can't rotate the picture for some reason

I like how you went meatless and then have the deer on the napkin saying "I approve of this meal." Very cool silverware.

Pulled out some faux pork burnt ends to make BBQ pork nachos

Plated mine on a small round pizza Pan in pyramid form.

Topped with more BBQ sauce, mozza, sauteed vegetables and green onion.

My daughter got me a hibachi griddle to put over the stove......we used to always love going to the Japanese steakhouse and she got me this for Christmas. This was my attempt and it was damn good. She made homemade yum yum sauce. The cost of the griddle was cheaper than one visit to the steakhouse!!!!

First trial of my Joule Sous Vide today. Did a bone-in ribeye - cheesy potatoes and french style green beans on the side. I'm loving this Sous Vide machine.
