Made this homegrown tomato salad for dinner with chicken cutlet. Grew everything in my garage for the first time this year. My boiler is in the garage so its always about 75 degrees in there. Put up some grow lights and installed a misting irrigation system 13C1E862-AA7D-4BA5-A652-61B3ADC97A4E.jpg

    NICE!!
I would love to see a pic of the grow setup, so do the indoor plants grow at the same rate as same type outdoors?
The fact it's 75°s in there is perfect!

Saying you grew it yourself always makes food taste better ... cause it is!

Chops from Forbes Meat Co. stuffed with bangers and mash sausage and wrapped in bacon, and some garbage tenderloins wrapped in bacon from the local choke a puke. Should be good. 75A4B200-D528-4F13-8C25-0312E3DAF23F.jpg

One of the dads in Boy Scouts always used the term, I consider It close to a “taco truck” but these tenderloins were just from the local grocer on manger’s special hahha, those are for this kids, but they still look super tasty!!!

also bangers and mash could be used loosely, it’s just the meat used for bangers and mash, not sure if any mash is actually in the B&M sausage.

    Here you go:

    Creamy Apple-Mustard Sauce
    ¼ cup whole-grain mustard
    3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    4 teaspoons cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives (optional)
    ¼ teaspoon table salt

Stir all ingredients (including chives, if using) in bowl until combined.

I asked Mrs. Bandito if we could bring in a roomie and she just rolled her eyes at me. So it's promising... :)

I love a good Caesar salad. I used to make a my own dressing but then discovered La Madeline Caesar dressing. Good stuff and no anchovy paste.
You ever put that salad on a tortilla and make it into a portable caesar?

Back when I worked Sports Remotes, the craft table always had salads, meat /chicken and tortillas ...
As an engineer, it didn't take long for my wheels to assemble a possible portable food source!!
They will fit in your pocket if you wrap them right!
With a beer, or a coke, maybe water, Dems good eats!
