If you don't want to add another grill (I don't), these things are awesome. Well worth the extra cost over the cheap WalMart ones. No warping or rusting and ages like cast iron or carbon steel.

I've been using mine for about a decade now. I own the Pro Series 1/2 and Kamado versions. Makes awesome fried rice, grilled cheese, grilled peppers, smash burgers.....

Whipped this up on my Little Griddle tonight for supper as it was too hot inside to cook.

Brioche French Toast, breakfast sausage and a freshly made sorbet to cleanse our palates.

I've never thought about cutting a cucumber that way. Whenever I make cucumber salad I've always just sliced them in coins, that way looks much easier to eat! Gonna try that next time.

For salads, it makes them less slimey without the middles and leftovers stay crisper.

I cut it lengthwise, spoon out the meat, then cut into 1/2 coin bites

Wife is away for a couple days so I decided to treat myself to pulled pork.

    Glad to hear.

It is pretty easy to make with normal supermarket ingredients (we just used chicken breasts), tasty and looks good. I added extra bacon (thick cut of course).

    My kind of meal.
