    Yeah, I woke up one morning about 8 years ago with it, and it never went away. Finally realized that working in loud industry, riding motor cycles and shooting guns without good ear protection had caught up with me. Did I mention loud concerts? We've become old friends after all these years and I only notice it when I notice it. o_O
