Nice. That's what I was going to get but I decided to get the Camp Chef. Had great reviews.

Ok, here it is. Since I haven’t really followed any one recipe, but rather took time and temps into consideration, and coated it with above spices, I would use less salt next time. Ribs came out juicy and tender, but I was hoping for more of a smoke ring. Next time I will also increase time for even more tenderness and fall off the bone effect.

Grilled a thick cut ribeye.

75day dry aged bone in rib roast VS “normal” ribeye.
Both dry brined for 24 hours with SGP
Then smoked until 124 and seared after. Both were stupid good. Sides; sautéed mushrooms, baby reds boiled then smashed, then baked and topped with some parmigiana cheese mixture. My mouth was the winner!

Thank you, I felt like I may have went a degree or two over, I’m my own worst critic! The green things are “special butter”! It’s just compound butter which is a fancy name for herb butter; usually rosemary, thyme and something else I think. I’ve made my own before, but my butcher had some so I was like hell yes!

 

These kids are well trained!. My Father's Day dinner; My daughter made her signature beets with ricotta & goat cheese, flavoured grits, and a salad. My son grilled bratwurst, lamb chops and steak with chimichurri, and a butter basted egg to top it off.

 

And here we are wondering if we should grill burgers, order pizza or go to the grocery store.

Chicken “bone sticks” as my daughter used to call it. Marinated in Italian dressing for couple of days. Simple and very effective. I usually just marinate it overnight, but plans changed and they spent more time marinating.

They’re damn good if I do say so myself. One pan worth got a tad dark on the bottom when the temp got a bit too high. The other 4 pans turned out perfect.
