My son graduated from college so for his celebration dinner we grilled all his favorites: steak, scallops, shrimp, roasted potatoes, corn and green beans.
The graduation ceremony, because of Covid and social distancing etc. took forever; we did not get home until 11:00 pm and started grilling then; having dinner at about midnight. LOL.
    upload_2021-5-12_11-36-0.jpg

I did not get photos of everything , but all the food was made on the grills (had 3 grills/smokers going). Steak and corn on a charcoal grill, potatoes and shrimp on the pellet smoker, scallops and green beans on the gas grill's side burner.

Grilled some Salmon on Friday, Sirloin burgers yesterday and chicken breasts today. Our grill gets year round used down here. Noticed some steak and more Salmon in the refrigeration so I assume those will be grilled by Wednesday. Outside chance my wife chops up that steak for some stir fry meal...she recently bought about 6 different asian spices and sauces and has been having fun trying different things. When heavy garlic and/or ginger is involved, she cooks that outside on a hot plate otherwise the smell will linger for days inside. The next grill will likely include a side burner...but am thinking about a griddle instead (seems to be the rage lately).

Some 2" thick pork chops. They were so big there wasn't much room for sides. LOL.
Low and slow on the smoker and then a high heat finish.
