Saw those spices at the market the other day; any good?

Yes, I like both. Good balance - not too salty so you can go fairly heavy and it will be okay. The only thing if I have to criticize something is that it is very fine. I like to have a little courser mix (ground peppercorn, dried garlic etc.). It does not add much to the taste; just visually better looking when you can see some herbs or spices.

Do you get enough flavor from the straight Frank's? My favorite basic eings are baked, tossed in Frank's and butter and the grilled. Less messy than tossed and served, but still the buttery goodness.

When I use the sauce I take equal parts sauce, butter, and brown sugar. Sometimes just sauce and butter.
With the seasoning I just used that with a little sprinkle of oil and lemon juice to marinade it in the seasoning for about 30 minutes before grilling.

I'll give that a try. There's still something special about sitting outside at my favorite local while sitting outside and being served wings and beers. They're open again tomorrow, so going to come from them next.
And off topic, but NC has opened race tracks up, so going to watch my SIL with my daughter. Friday is usually our wing night, but not tomorrow.

You are correct. It's self service. 93F air, 82F pool and 34F beers. Adds up to an early night

The chicken dipping sauce is quite a bit better than the BBQ, i am also a fan of vinegar sauce so I am biased

Grilled cheese sandwiches is a staple in my house. Alton over complicate it a little. The sandwich can be assembled and then put on the grill without having to grill the bread first and the cheese seperate in his foil contraptions.
We like to add cheese and onion. I also use a grill basket to make it easy to turn it over without losing the fillings.

On your grilled cheese sandwiches, is that tomato slices with a little cheese and onion on top?

Yes, that photo has grated mozzarella on top of the onion. I don't always do that. Usually just a slice of cheese on both sides of the tomato and onion.

Awesome sounds good! After seeing your post, I went and bought a sandwich maker for camp fires/grills. I am going to do some sandwiches over our bond fires or on the pellet grill.

It is Saturday, which means one thing, Chicken Fajitas!!! 30 minute smoke bath, pulled them off and cranking the Yoder up to 600 to finish off!

Every once in a while, a girlie drink will do you good. Wife made some green apple Sangrias so that is the drink of choice for the night.

First time using chicken thighs instead of breasts....
