Chops can be grilled like steaks or smoked low&slow. Very forgiving meat, even if overcooked a little it is still better than overcooked steak. However, depending on your taste, try not to overcook it. I pull it off at 145.
Spices can be a simple salt, pepper & garlic. Rosemary and thyme can be added also.

Salmon for dinner. Marinaded in a mix of garlic, ginger, red pepper, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice. Seared on a hot grill then finished on the pellet smoker at 350 to internal temp of 120.

I got some today but they don’t look like the size you have, my Food Lion doesn’t have much selection. I’m going to cook them tomorrow while I’m “working from home” because of this damn virus stuff..

Do you have a meat thermometer? If so, for medium rare pull it at 145. If you like your meat more done you can go to 160. If they are not very thick it will go quick. But, as I have said before, lamb is forgiving. It has a lot of fat so even if you overcook it a little it can still be juicy.
Some people don't like the taste if they are not used to it. Maybe it is an acquired taste. Most guests at my house who had it for the first time liked it though and usually go back for seconds.
Good luck, and let us know how it was.

Tonight we had sirloin steaks. Started on the pellet grill untill about 100F and then reverse seared on a hot griddle with herbed butter untill 130F (Rare to Med Rare). Served with asparagus and loaded baked potato. Modified monkey-gland sauce (did not have all the right ingredients but substituted a few things and it worked great)

Don't know if this is really grilling, but no meat in stores, no problem.
Deer tenderloin frome the freezer. First time I used the iwatani. It works great, just a little hotter than I expected.

LOL, NO monkeys were hurt in the making of the sauce. I have no idea why it is called that. It is a very popular sauce in restaurants and even home made for cook-outs where I grew up. Easy to make - try it. Chutney might be the only ingredient that is difficult to get a hold of here - substitute apricot or peach jam; it works just as good. The tomato sauce listed is ketchup.

    LOL, you uncultured people! SMH.
In reality there are many different answers to that question, depending on where in the world you are. But, for cooking it is 25 ml, or 5 teaspoons, or about .85 floz.

(A tot is another word for a shot, as in shot glass. But over the years the size of shot glasses have changed as people got thirstier, I guess. shot glasses range from 1.0 oz to 1.75 oz these days. Traditional cooking measure is however still 25 ml)

"Fried" fish on the grill for dinner tonight. Prepared fish by dipping in egg & garlic aioli mix, then covered in fish-spiced breading. Grill over indirect heat (pellet grill) while brushing with melted butter.
Potatoes are boiled until done and then sauteéd in parsley and garlic butter. Served with peas and carrots.
