Smoked some salmon for Sunday dinner. Just some blackened seasoning and butter on the fish.

I found these 2" thick pork loin chops at Costco. I brined them for an hour, then brushed with mustard and covered in Bad Byron's Butt Rub. On the smoker at 250 untill internal temp is 140, then turned the heat up to 350 to finish. I brushed the chops with butter a few times during the cook.
Sides include baby potatoes that were cooked, then sauteed in butter, fresh crushed garlic, and parsley. Mushrooms and onions sauteed untill onions were soft, then added chutney and let simmer. Carrots with a french blend of herbs.

Stealing his idea.... Went to Costco today and got their Mac n cheese. Went to Oublix and got a couple lobster tails. Costco also had some Prime Sirloin Caps on sale for 6.99 lb. Having some steaks, lobster Mac n cheese, grilled vegetables.

I have been in several grocery chains and Publix is my favorite! We love shopping at Publix.

there are a few smaller ones around that I really like but they are more expensive.

Never cooked a lobster in my life..... Rubbed some hot BBQ rub and some Kosmos SPG seasoning on it. A heavy coating of avocado oil to start. No clue how to cook, but took it to 155 and it was absolutely delish!!! Not too much made it in the Mac n cheese. My wife loved it and said the lobster needs to go in the rotation.

Ribeye steaks with smashed potatoes, garlic butter scallops, green beans and "monkey gland" sauce. (no idea why it is called that, but it is really good)

I had an older Pit Boss that my dad gave me (he hated cooking on a ceramic grill). It was ok, just not great. It didn't hold heat well. I have a good friend that had the Kamado Joe. After cooking on his, I was hooked. To me, it is the best. I bought the KJ jr first and quickly realized that I needed the Big Joe. I use both of them. I also have the Joetisserie (electric rotisserie). I cook wings, whole chickens, pork butts, etc...on it. I know the Green Egg has been around for a long time and is certainly is very comparable to the Kamado Joe. I think KJ followers are somewhat similar to Tundra owners. It's just a different passion about it....

Raclette is a family favorite for us. So many options and everyone can cook what they want to the done-ness that they want. The kids like to experiment with different cheese combinations and make little pizzas and things in the bottom trays.

yes!!!! Pure meat for dinner. 2 Prine Grade NY strip. Cooked medium rare steak ugh some beer I picked up at the local gas station. It is Revolver Brewing from Texas. It is an ale with a hint of blood orange peel and honey. Usually not my cup of tea, but it is surprisingly really good!
