    Sux when that happens, I can sympathize. Last winter I lost a nice feed of delicious home grown pork chops and came dangerously close to lighting my house on fire when it all went up. They went from almost done (mouth watering)to charcoal seasoned with dry chemical fire extinguisher powder in very short order. :annoyed::bananadead:

    Ha! That happened to me with some T-bones. Whole grill caught on fire and extinguisher had to come out in a hurry. Lesson learned to keep grill much cleaner.

    58 degrees and time to smoke some dry rubbed boneless "Carolina squealer" aka-ribs...1.30hrs just rolling in mesquite smoke. Then I will crank up the fire and let them roast for another 35-30 min @350d.
