Grilled some Redfish Fillets last night! Usually use the pellet grill but it’s jammed and somebody stole my Weber. Turned out fine though on the propane Weber.

Probably more smoking than grilling, but I did chicken on the pellet grill today.
First braised in butter and apple juice, then grilled.

Well, I am on here every day but find myself spending more time on the food section than any other because my Tundra is perfect and the best truck I have owned today!!!

Fired up the Yoder 640 and made dinner. The meat is as follows:

20 oz. Prime Ribeye - Me
10 oz. Prime New York Strip - Wifey
12 oz. Angus Sirloin - Kids.

2 zucchini, 1 squash cut up with a lite coat of olive oil, dusted with Killer Hogs AP rub. Absolutely fantastic and everyone devours this so stupid simple side!

I use HowtoBBQRight (Killer Hogs) rubs and seasonings. On the steaks I brush them with Extra Virgin Olive oil. I then do 3 light layers of seasonings is as follows:

    Killer Hogs AP Rub
    Killer Hogs Spicy BBQ Rub
    Killer Hogs Steak seasoning

AP Rub provides the salt and garlic taste, Spicy BBQ provides a very mild heat, Steak Rub provides a crunchy and peppery layer of taste. Straight gangster good combination of seasonings!!!!!

The Yoder is set to 450 degrees with Hickory wood for steaks. I have the grilling grates and it will sear with the best of anything. It goes up to 600 and no telling what temp the grates would get up to at that temp.....

Ribeye pulled off at 125 degrees or medium rare for me. Cooked the N.Y. strip and sirloin to 145 degrees to get to med-med well.

I use ThermoWorks MK4 thermapen to take temp and a great little splurge gadget for the cooks!!!

We had surf & turf today for lunch. I started the T-bones on the smoker for a little bit and then finished on the grill. Scallops and shrimp in the smoker for a little bit and then finished in garlic butter. Served with roasted potatoes and salad.

    Still rolling stock baby....
    Nothing special.
Picked up a package of chicken breast and butterflied them
    Marinade in orange juice
    Seasoned with Weber’s kicken chicken

Made a glaze of honey, olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper

Grilled on the egg at 400. Trued the glaze on two of them. Turned out pretty good.

The other 3 I just seasoned with the Weber’s kicken chicken.
