@Patriot sorry man, forgot to take pics of the meat on the grill. Here's the aftermath

    IMG_4318.jpg

Just some cheddar and BBQ sauce. Like I said, nothing fancy. Survival more than show meal

I really like cutting em up into little "tenders", you get more marinade on and they're done cooking really fast!

Just grabbed some strip loins to grille up tonight, and some corn on the cob. A few prawn skewers and baked potatoes should fill up the rest of the grille.

    Nothing fancy today.

Medium cooked burgers seasoned with salt and pepper, after taken off the grill, slapped a ton of shredded sharp cheddar on top and put inside a covered heated pan

Hot dogs - nothing on it, just slapped on the grill and turned once after a few minutes

Grilled veggies (asparagus, squash, zucchini, red/yellow peppers, Brussel sprouts and some onions)- seasoned with some Tony's seasoning

    Potato salad w/ mustard

Buns were buttered and lightly toasted immediately before consumption!

    Prepared:
    IMG_3326.jpg

I'm thinking of trying mixing some brown sugar with the ground meat next time OR experimenting with a stuffed burger (jalapeños, cheddar, and bacon bits) with ranch mix mixed into the ground meat beforehand

I mixed in some ground sausage and cooked chopped bacon into the ground beef before. Super good, great flavor.

I jussssst put these two angus bacon wrapped tenderloin Montreal seasoning on the smoker. The patties are spicy venison breakfast sausage. They make great "Patriot Egg McVension Susage breakfast sandwiches".
I will mesquite smoke everything for an hour and then crank up the Traeger to 350d for 30 min for the win.

Since I can no longer use my charcoal grill in the complex I live in, I just picked up a gas grill today. That tri tip from @MatthewPTguy was the final straw. I couldn't take not grilling any more.
