Actually no. We get them from the deli counter at Kroger. They seem to be marinated in olive oil and spices. Super good flavor. The recipe for the dry rub on the salmon comes with the cedar plank. We always put on more rub than is called for. The tomatoes are our own addition.

16oz Ribeye. Trying something new this time, trying the low and slow method and then will high heat sear it. I only have the right burner on as low as it will go and that puts the grille at about 250 degrees. Really have no idea what I'm doing. But hey, have to learn somehow.

Yep, nothing wrong with that. If someone wants pictures of food, better snap them before everyone is seated.

Watched chopped while it was pouring rain. They were making a lot of pork, so when the rain stopped I had to get me some. Small tenderloin lightly rubbed.

    Flux capacitor!
If you like samon here is an easy and very tasty way to cook it on the grille.

First thing you need to do is soak a cedar plank in water for At least an hour. I prefer to soak over night. Next you can use McCormicks Garlic, Herb and wine marinade seasoning.
    49B7C714-15F9-49EE-B82E-1873DC12EEFA.png
Set the samon filet in a pan and cover it with the marinade seasoning. You will need oil, water and I prefer balsamic vinegar to mix with seasoning. I also like to add some fresh garlic on top of the filet. Cover with saran-wrap and place in the fridge for at least 15 min.
    7EA8D2E4-8A54-47BE-90AC-C3F78ABB9215.jpg
Your grille should already be Pre heated to 400 degrees. You will want to place just the cedar plank without anything on it on the grille. Once the cedar plank begins to smoke or slightly char on the edges it’s ready for the samon. After the samon has marinated place the filet on the slightly pre charred cedar plank that’s already on the grille. The samon will cook for 20-25 min. Once the samon can break apart with a fork easily it’s ready to pull off the grille. Here is the samon after it’s all done. You can also add fresh cappers to the top if you prefer. Now enjoy!
