Boneless skinless chicken thighs going on the grill in about a half hour.

I made a marinade off the top of my head so we'll see how it pans out.

    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp cayenne
    Pinch of rosemary
    Pinch of oregano
    Pinch of salt
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 cup Strong Bow cider

Weber chicken boobs again. Indirect heat. Only the real McCoy charcoal. I add damp chips about halfway done.

Today's special is chicken thighs soaked in Carolina Shine and a glaze of @Pudge maple syrup. Our drink special is a new find, local raspberry saison.

Easy day: salmon filet, skin off, salt, pepper, lemon slices. Smoke at 225 for about an hr or internal temp reaches 145. Done and done. I’m a simple man with simple taste, but love the grill!!!!

I also made ribs today. Some family members prefer sauced and some dry rub. I had them in the smoker for 4 hours and then cut them and sauced half of them, and a little more rub on the dry ones. Then on a hot grill for a little carmelization color.

Put some beef ribs on the Traeger the other day for 5 hours, been eating them for lunch all week.
    20180715_170721.jpg

Tonight I cooked this 1lb ribeye with a suos vide immersion cooker for 2 hours at 129 then seared it with a 1200 degree heat gun. Sorry, no grill was used. Was extremely delicious (i ate all of it). Used salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
