Thieves and the lack of customer service! I was in Lowes the other day. You can't even get what you want without looking for the non-existent customer service from their employees. Power tools, locked in cages. Electrical items and wire, locked up in cages. When you ask to get something, they act like its a burden on them to do their job. No wonder Amazon is beating out retailers.

I try to buy stuff from brick and mortar as much as I can. I would hate to order everything online if b&m's went under.

It's a balancing act for sure. If retailers put everything out, customers can easily purchase the items without hassle. But thieves can easily run out with it too. So they lock it up, but if the customer can't get the item to the register they don't sell it. So maybe they cut down on theft, but do so by risking/losing sales.

Ironically, less sales generally equates to less labor allocated to stores, so fewer employees on the floor. Which leads to fewer sales and reduced theft deterrence - thus increased theft, more items locked up, less sales, less labor. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. It can become a vicious cycle.

The stupid wrappers on the tiny Halloween size individual kit Kats!
I don't want to spend 4 minutes trying to open something that takes 4 seconds to eat!
They should come unwrapped, in a giant container with 500 little , unwrapped kit Kats, with a big lid I can remove with one turn and an opening I can fit my hand in. Then I can stand there and eat handfuls until my stomach is full and feel happiness!
    WTF!!

I just asked my wife if she'd open like 100 of them and put them in a container for me.
    She ignored me.
    She's annoying too.

I think it should be legal for me to do a pit maneuver and then beat the shit out of anyone driving down the road messing with their phone.

If you got a Ace hardware close by hit it. They have what you need and most times someone greets you at the door asking what you need and leads you there.

Me neither. Seems like a lot of trouble to go through for like 2-3 seconds of pleasure. A lot like mini Kit Kat wrappers.

Policy here is Lowes doesn't stop thieves. That's why they put up cages. Said it's for employee safety. Can't have employees getting sued or stabbed on store property because they tackled a theif.

True story but I got laughed at the last time I went into an Ace Hardware. This is why I order online.

I went in there asking for Super Lube and the guy gave me a "wtf, what are you looking for again" look. He asked me what I was using it for and I said it was for greasing a leadscrew that goes to my 3D printer. He called it in on his walkie-talkie and had to have another guy there help him find it. All three of us were walking around laughing about it.

“An economic divide that is widening': Almost a third of Americans earning $150,000 a year or more say they're living paycheck to paycheck and many rely on credit cards to close the gap”

I feel sooooo sorry for these people and I wish that I could help them out. WTH! Where do they come from? I suppose they are wanting someone to bail them out? HA HA! The definition of crazy!

Eating. No need for you to make a lot of noise moving food around in the wrapper. Take it out of the bag.
Chips? Pour it on a plate or ur hand.
Sammich? Take it out of the annoying bag.
Bagel? Take it out of the annotating bag.
I give looks to people in public who are loud eaters.

Whatever this forum told me to do
This auto stop/start button on this rental highlander

it should default to off, not on

I have to turn it off EVERY damn time I start it

    as does everyone on earth

nobody asked for this god forsaken button , I assure you no Texan did. You will die at a stop light from heat stroke

And the 4 cylinder turbo is the most laggy engine I have ever encountered

I get annoyed when the TOYOTA dealership doesn't carry very common bolts or fittings for a very common model of Toyota vehicle.

    *Phones up Toyota parts dept*

Me: Yes, I need ONE valve stem cap.

Parts moron: Uh, yeah, okay, what make, model and year.

Me: They are all the same!

Parts moron: Okay, do you have a VIN for me?

    Me: FINE! It is...

Parts moron: Ohhhh, we will have to order those, we don't stock them. We can have them here next Thursday and they come in packages of 37. We can't sell them individually.

    Me: WTF!?
