And where did you find them for $940? I'm looking now and they are showing $1299, pretty much the same as everybody else.

$1299 plus a t-shirt, found a few other sites for more $. The company said that the front Nitro gears are back ordered by 3 months or so and we agreed on front Yukons with rear Nitros. I called Carid about the locker and asked for an additional discount, I did end up paying some shipping and I do have a purchase history with them as well.

@joem1cha3l Have you regeared? I’ve seen you post a couple of times about it. I have a 5.7 and debating on a regear when I do lift and tires. I’m in upstate also and I know with my Tacoma on 33’s and stock 4.10 it would constantly shift between 4th and 5th in the back cou try hilly roads.

I went from stock 32inch to 33s, and really hate the loss of power and breaking capability. I can't imagine going to 35s without regearing. I think part of the issue is the additional weight of the heavier Tire. The Nitto Ridge Grapplers are 10 ply and E Rated and so they are much heavier than the stock Michelins which as I recall were 5 ply. All that additional weight takes its toll on brakes suspension and steering parts.

Exactly! Stock wheels and tires for my truck are 72lbs per. So you figure someone going with a wider rim I believe weigh around 34-36lbs 35x12.5x18 bfg km2 are 66lbs. So that’s an extra 28-30lbs per corner over stock. Not to mention they stick out farther I’m sure that’s added strain. And I believe I read somewhere on this forum adding 1lb of rotational mass equals 6lbs regular weight. Idk but yes I think I’m regearing for sure.
