    @nishibot , sounds like I missed the best part. You and Sunny both humbled me out there. My definition of an "easy trail" was out the window in the first quarter mile.

    Many thanks to @eccracer104 and Taco friends for the tips.

    Big Bear can't come soon enough.

    :der: No idea. It was sitting in the parking lot just off the interstate. That thing looked like someone had taken it off-roading: it was crap-tastic.

    Hahaha no the Big Bear Trail is more tame.

    :rofl::thumbsup:

    Hell yeah! Glad they didn’t do any real damage.

    Haha that was a little off shoot that I took, @Sunnier followed, and before she could tell @nishibot she tapped her sliders on a rock he was already climbing up and hi centered. But he got out under his own power :fistbump:

    Glad we got you outside your comfort zone on something safe. That’s a fun little trail! We all watched from afar as you effortlessly went up the rutted out hill.

    On our way back I went up it in 2wd to see what line would work the best and struggled but @Sunnier cruised up it with ease! :bowdown:

    These are great; thank you, Mike!
    :rofl::rofl:
    I'm sorry your mamma's not been well. Good she's got you close, Ali! We'll be available to meet up another time.
    6 days a week is tough. Too bad you can't make Big Bear; likely so tame you could drive that looooooooooong bed unicorn.
    :p

    Bahahahahahaha! :fistbump:

    :thumbsup:

    Me too! Just the rocks and shale that first mile got me thinking, 'wait-a-minute'.

    But dang, we were all impressed: on your way back, alone, you hustled right up that rutted incline without a spotter. And from where we were (a loooonng way away, across the country), it looked like you made it up the first time!

    Anyway, that stretch was a perfect challenge... no way to bend a frame or even get pinstripes... and Highly Addicting, am I right?
    Yes, thank you, Tacoma homies for bringing the knowledge and willingness to lead a bunch of eager newbies!

    Yep, addicting!
    Welcome back! Where you been, and where are you now? Wanna play off road, or mainly meet up to drink beer? (Either is fine. ;))

    Btw, @sdde4n, I got video of you comin' down that rutted stretch. So far I haven't figured out the whole YouTube aspect to sharing videos, but if you want to PM me your email, I can try to send it that way.

    My cinematography isn't great, but your navigation was good, and its kind of cool, being it was your first time out and all. :)

    Late to the party but this is so cool. If you did it in 2-3 takes you are a natural. I did a few Cable TV shows back in the day and 10-12 takes was pretty much the norm for me and I knew the subject matter like the back of my hand but when the cameras rolled I was a bumbling idiot. Hell I remember one time it took me like 10 takes to say Hello to the interviewer during introductions lol….Anyway this is super cool can't wait to see the commercial.

    What up! I'm in Temecula and work on March ARB. Where is that picture at? I need to start exploring some local places to wheel. Been living here for years but every time I wheel I go somewhere far lol

    Nice! Thats good to know. I kept feeling like I was doing things over the top, but then I remembered that this was TV and there is no way you can be over the top LOL It was definitely a fun experience

    We were out in Gavalin Hills near christmas tree lane. used to be a shooting spot out there but signs all over say not to. still a great place to drive.

    We typically go out in Coachella area for lack of a better place. lot of people at the entrance where the road is paved but very few people a little ways in the canyon. little dirt hill that keeps people in cars out. looks good for wheeling to- next time i go i'll have to explore. never been there with the tundra.
