hey guys I finally found a great couple sets of trd pro takeoffs but they're in Santa Ana in land empire or LA. IVE read on other forums some guys have done a relay for other members. Is there anyone in the area for the holidays and coming back up near sac? Or maybe a trucker? I thought about asking Americas tire bc there's one near both of us and that's who I'd have to the swap but they're not open. Just thought I'd ask my tundra fam. I know it's a Hail Mary.

We have done some amazing Tundra railroad connections, but usually for someone we all know that’s in a bind, and there’s not a way for it to be done without some creativity, time, and sacrifice. (That’s my polite way to let you know, this isn’t an actual Thing, although it’s cool when it happens.)

I don’t know of anyone that makes this trip regularly, and Christmas + pandemic drama does not bode well for it happening for you in a timely manner.
I think your best hope would be to make it super easy for a would-be helper: post the town + zip code where you want an item picked up; the town + zip where you want it delivered, and approximate size/ weight of the item. If it requires someone go out of their way, gas money might make the difference. Good luck!

Edit: I reread your post… I think you mean there’s 3 pick up options. So I suggest you be specific, list 3 possible point-to-point requests. Make it easy for someone to realize they’ll be driving right by both the pick up and drop off… that’s when the Christmas cheer will most likely kick in.

Happy New Year y'all. Hope everyone had a safe holiday - froze my butt off in the Mojave but wouldn't want to start the year off any other way.

Afton Canyon had a lot of water in it and the river banks were frozen. I didn't bother with the deep crossing.

 

A little late to the party….. but Happy New Year from a VERY windy Ocotillo Wells. Since we sold all the desert toys, we went full soccer mom and drove the Sequoia around. Kinda nice having a/c, heat and a stereo
