The "Rack" is bolted and welded to the bed frame for added strength.
Kalil was able to integrate the spare tire holders and water tank and dual batteries into the bed rack

 

You got any plans to shore up your RTT? Looks like the last weakness in your off-road bombing rig.

 

RTT is secured and solid.. not going anywhere. Reason for the WELDED Bed rack.

 

I couldn’t tell from the pic what you’ve done to shore up the connections on the RTT. Awesome! I’m glad you got your set-up dialed in. Looking forward to pics of you rocking that truck.

 

Yup.. there is 6 mounting points for the RTT. 12 nuts and bolts.

Cant wait to get out and play!

Hi Sunny! Yeah i am alive. Just moved from Riverside to Huntington with a few other changes in life.

No SoCal runs recently it looks like but it did look like you had a fun time in Sedona. What broke on the truck? Just saw from Bruce's pictures.

Hi Tony, Thanks man! Definitely more than comfortable in pushing the truck to its limits now. i have been doing a lot of solo trips and a few with the boys. That new single life has way too much free time .......

My urologist is playing it safe. The bone scan indicated an "anomaly" ...hence the CAT scan of my head. The cancer is back but they need to rule things out. They are trying to find where it is. Can't be too bad if they can't find it, right!
