    Hey SoCal peeps, I'm headed out to San Bernardino tomorrow for a yearly work meeting. On thursday we have flex time for a group activity and I could use some suggestions of things to do in the area. We are cool driving a bit, but need something that 6 grown men can have fun doing without damaging our working relationship :D

    Dang. Sorry our SB and Riverside locals aren’t answering up. Sundays are kinda slow on Tundras.com.

    I’m into going fast and staying cool, plus I think friendly competition is a great icebreaker. If it were me, I’d look into go-carting (sober) at SBraceway.com or K1speed.com, then see how far you are from the BassPro shop at Victoria Gardens (shopping mall) in Rancho Cucamonga. It’s been a while since I was there but there used to be a good (well, the spicy margaritas anyway) Mexican restaurant adjacent; good for a late lunch after late morning fun at the track. Then go tipsy into BassPro where you can browse and “fish” and “archery”, etc. This is one of the big stores with stuff to do.

    I know this is pretty redneck, but it’s the kind of thing that could be pretty fun for getting to know each other, while you figure out what interest stuff you have in common.

    Go karting might be a good idea, one of the guys had an unfortunate run in with a chainsaw and his leg a couple weeks ago so it might be kind of iffy, but I’ll suggest it!

    That winch looks like it will be mounted a little low. Its gonna smash into the dirt if you ever take a decent hit in the front.

    @Rica25 hit up @papasmurf for a custom tube bumper. he has does this before.

    Just buying a welder won't cut it. Tube bending is very difficult and also requires expensive tools, on top of the know how to make the bumper structurally sound, all the practice to weld well, the dimensions, cutting, tacking, adjusting, welding, I know I'm missing a lot but hey I bought a bumper and didn't build one.
