Weird Trac light issue. need input

As posted previously I installed a pro comp leveling kit and 34s with 18" wheels. Since I have a weird issue and have no Idea what's causing it. When I do right hand turns such as getting on a wrap around under bridge on ramp to a freeway....a small rub sound occurs from front left tire area, the truck surges some, and the "trac off" light blinks off and on. Once on the freeway everything is fine. Haven't noticed it on lefthand turns. But won't happen say in slow right hand turns in residential etc. As for the rub, seems to be little on the plastic in fender well (no bigger & shouldnt cause that....i think)Anyone have any ideas???
