I’m in south east Louisiana. 90* and 60% humidity is like mild spring weather right after a cool front. You won’t see condensate at 60% as this is considered low humidity. Condensate happens when the air is saturated, as in 80% or higher humidity

Yea most people don't like riding in my truck because it's cold. I love it. I'm going to try and let it idle somewhere a take some pics if I can remember too. But it does a great job if I hop in soaked with sweat it will dry me and the cab out pretty fast.

FWIW, I have a similar problem and have always had the problem ever since day 1 in my 2020. I've never been able to pinpoint the cause, other than the fact that it only does it on A/C recirc. On fresh air intake, no issues. I removed to the little drain above the trans which was a serious pain and cleaned it out to see if anything was clogging, which had little to no affect.

I've bought the A/C cleaner kit from Toyota dealer and done all of that, no real help. I just run A/C on without recirc now.
