Super easy. Probably 40 minutes, and I was making sure I had everything right. I did it by myself.
Somebody who’s done it before could have one of these on in twenty minutes I bet.

Thanks guys. It doesn’t quite sit flush at the tailgate, but that seems to be normal on gen 3 Tundras for some reason. I’m very happy with it.

Added the ESP under seat storage. Pretty easy install. Just need to decide how to address the Weathertech mat in the back that lays on top of it now.

I’m looking into this. Im nervous about cutting into my brand new truck. Guess I just need to “trust the process” as they say?

I was worried about it also. It’s pretty painless. There’s a pretty big margin for error. You’d have to screw up pretty bad for there to be an issue. I had to trim one part just a little after the initial cuts.

It’s a lot easier than it looks.

The bigger margin for error the better.

You can see from the picture that you have a good 3-4 inches of coverage past the bins. Just make the first cuts smaller than you think they should be, and you’ll be fine. It will wedge in there pretty tight.

Here’s a couple of pics from the cuts to give you an idea of what it looks like.
