Thanks to some research from @IgotSR5onit, the 3rd brake light/key fob interference issue has been fixed with new Vleds for the 2018+ models. @Squatting Pigeon @ColoradoTJ possibility for a sticky on this one?

No, they moved the antenna for the fob into or near the 3rd brake light housing in 2018. Earlier models aren’t affected.
