That cutoff leaves much to be desired. Not crisp at all.

I’m sure some further adjustment could help with that some. But I still prefer a projector cutoff.

Would like to see some pics of oem sequoia light cutoffs for comparison

They are a reflector based LED headlight... How much better do you expect cutoff to be?

thanks. I was wondering if the oem sequoias would somehow be different. I’m pleased overall. Wasn’t expecting projector like cutoff.

My wife’s pathfinder and my other vehicle a Kia Sportage both have halogen projectors with hid kits in them and they both have nicer cutoffs and throw a further beam output down the road. But these led headlights seem to be brighter than the hid kits

Oh I would still be interested in seeing a comparison between the OEMs and these. Was just saying the cutoff doesn't seem bad all for a reflector headlight.

I don't need the flicker and rainbow of a super sharp projector cutoff (tho I believe projector HID to be the most ideal setup). So long as I have good forward visibility while not offending oncoming traffic, I am a happy camper.

This is the only pic I could find that someone posted of the sequoia output. But it’s also a much closer up picture probably 5ft away from the wall versus my picture at 25ft

Probably a dumb question, but where’d you get those trim pieces from??

I believe he mentioned the trim pieces coming with the headlamps earlier in the thread.

I bought the Form Lighting set last November during their black Friday sale (15% off). It has been a long cold snowy winter in Idaho and 0 condensation or issues whatsoever. Great quality as well, and great customer service. They share the same whare house as Diode Dynamics. Buy off their website to make sure you're covered by their warranty.336890273_1140243584036215_5971622319409075230_n.jpg

I bought a set from their ebay store, couple months in with no headlight issues. The fender extensions that came with the headlights are garbage though. Plastic is thin and flimsy, I think I would have preferred buying OEM from Toyota for the $100(ish)
