check the tire code, some shop sell you old ass tires that's why the tire separate.

Check road force balance. Purchase new 2019 Tundra three weeks ago and had to have three tires replaced do to road force issue.

Yes, dynamic will be a better balance. One of the pictures you posted is hard to see but the other one looks like it is just static balanced.
Typically an aftermarket wheel will not have a flange for weights on the outside. However you can do a dynamic balance with tape weights right behind the spokes and right next to the inside flange. That's how mine are balanced. That's the first step to eliminating any vibrations caused by incorrect balancing.

When I had my Nitto Ridge Grapplers that's the way they were but when I went to the Michellin LTX at2 they started back to the single weights

I have a bent wheel on my truck.. pretty sure it came from the dealer that way. So minor it couldn’t be picked up with a balancer but a local off-road shop found it with a dial indicator; might be worth checking.

After driving lifted trucks for 20 years, and a majority of them Toyota, I’d bet tires.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ended up with a few shitty tires that made my ass wiggle.

When I threw the 35” Trail Grapplers on the Tundra, I was beyond pleasantly surprised.
For the past 25K miles, I haven’t had even one lick of vibration from 0-120mph. It’s like a Cadillac.
I’ve ran the truck regularly at 90+mph and it’s flawless.

The new balancers we have use lasers to measure the wheels dimensions and can detect a bent wheel down to hundredths of an inch. It's pretty damn cool.

That is pretty sweet! Makes sense for technology to go that way. Dealer or private shop? Apology for not knowing still new here

Private shop. I am an assistant manager for Discount Tire Co. Also known as Americas Tire in some parts of Southern California.
We are the largest independent tire and wheel retailer in the country.

I think I read somewhere in this thread that you got your tires at an Americas Tire out there?
If so the store manager should be able to make sure your tires get balance 100% the best way possible.
I'm sorry you're having an issue and I wish you luck. I hope you can get it figured out.
I know 70-75 is normal cruising speed so it would annoy the hell out of me if it was my truck.

OP, in your original description when you mentioned 70-75 mph, I immediately thought of "bed bounce", a condition that I used to experience on my previous Tundra, but only on certain stretches of interstate here in CA.

This guy's video shows it pretty clearly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGXFGVaJsiw

I was skeptical at first, but after it started one time and then briefly went away while maintaining the same speed across an overpass (i.e., different road construction and material), I realized there likely is an element of this that cannot be fixed.

I'm curious, in your experience, is it limited to the freeway? I know 70 mph on a surface street isn't often safe or legal, but if the chance presented itself, can the symptom be reproduced?

It's not that kind of bounce and more of vibration or shimmy

That's a good thing. That means hopefully it can be fixed, because the thing I'm talking about really can't.

so went monday and dropped of the truck at americas tire and they rebalanced the tires for the second time this week they have been out of balance. this time they actually feel real good the vibration is almost all gone, there is only a very slight vibration but no where near is bad. i just hate to be that person that keeps taking the truck back for issues.
