Vibration Intermittent (like running off highway)

I have a 2007 Crewmax with a 4.7 liter 2WD. My truck has recently started making a noise (vibration) like I'm running off the road onto those little bumps along side of the highway when in fact I'm driving between the proper lines. I noticed that this starts when I lightly accelerate from start and it starts at low speed and only lasts for about 3 seconds. Feels just like I'm running off the road but I'm not. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this. The truck has 203,000 miles on it.

 

Sounds like a loose drive shaft.
