    I'm waiting on some stuff too. But, I get it, I'm unplugging after EOD tomorrow and everyone can F off till I get back. Then we'll all haul ass into 2020! :cheers:

    Mat told me in an email last week they were closing ordering on the 15th but NOT support. Maybe he took the weekend of?

    Have you deleted the file and tried to download it again? You may (although I've never had to) need to disable your antivirus software while doing so.

    In the email I got from Mat today he said to use the updated flashing program. It was in the email as one of the attachments. I got that same message until I deleted the old P5 and used the new one.

    Charge your laptop, take to Truck, plug in OBD to laptop. Warm up truck. Hit Record or the red dot in the program. Start driving in town stop and go, normal driving. Stop recording. Then go to a county road. Hit record again, mash it and get up to 6500 rpm going through all the gears. I did this three times. Stop recording.
    take laptop inside. Within program you'll see FILE - OPEN LOG DIRECTORY. Within are 2 . csv files. Mail these to OV Tunes Zendesk with your order number. Don't expect a short turnaround for the return modded tune. (Anyone correct me if I missed anything)
