    I’m new to this tuning community, can ov tune disable o2 sensors? I’m planning to get long tube headers without cats. I know it’s gonna throw out CEL . I wanna know if they can disable it? Thank you

    That sucks! Such a good tune but feature to disable o2 sensors is not included? How is this compared to Dap? I think dap can disable o2 but they have no remote tunes yet for 2018

    There are other ways around it without disabling things. Because disabling check engine lights, any company that offers this directly, tuner, etc is breaking the law and the fine for it is massive. I know people think it's a joke but the EPA is really cracking down on companies doing this. If DAP, or other tuners for the Tundra directly offer or advertise that, it's only a matter of time until the EPA gives them a visit.

    We employ other methods to get around it that does not disable emissions components.

    I took a look at the website to see if this could be applied to pre ordering a handheld, but doesn't appear to be an available item. Unless someone else can figure it out. I just realized that maybe the reason is that the price isn't finalized....Oh, they're in the Tacoma section...

    Edit: After doing some stalking on Tacoma World, it appears that down the road there may be availability to have the same functionality via our flash kits/laptops as the handhelds will have when they're released. It will just be at a later time. No ETA. #Don'tAskForETAs

    To be clear the handhelds right now are only for the Tacoma.
    We can do identical handhelds for the tundra (even allowing "self tuning") but that would be a later time IF people wanted it. Not sure on that, we will gauge it later

    Then I suspect that the natural line of questioning would be to wonder if "self tuning" would be on the speculative "list" for the Tundra via the current flashing method?
