    I had a blend door problem last fall. Year ago. Cold air on driver side. Hot on passenger side. They replaced the HVAC unit. 900 plus labour. They have to remove the dash. Photo of the used one

    I've not had that particular issue (to be specific - cold air on one side, hot on the other) but I've got some creaking and the like. I wonder if this is part of that.

    I had the creaking for a couple of months before the shaft for the floor vent door snapped.

    @doggunner Any pics of the dash out? To this day I still look at mine and cringe.

    No the dealer did it. But I talked to the tech. He specializes in this. And had done it before. So that made me feel better… at the time.
