    Even better if you have time. The Gold strike (I think that's the name) hot springs are also at the Hoover Dam exit. Nice 2-3 hr hike down a canyon...bring swimsuits!!! The water halfway down is about 101*. You can hike all the way to the Colorado R just below the dam.

    I think they close that hike starting in May thru the summer due to heat. Or at least they did last year.
