rookie to the cat plate, but to offer full protection do you need to buy both the front and rear plate from Vallhalla? if you only had to buy one plate wich one would you get? They sell them separately, but I'm assuming you need both for protection. I have TRD off road so this should bolt up fine with the front skid plate i assume too.

Not yet, I need to get time to spend on a lift with that vehicle and my friend to design these, time hasn’t been kind

Better late than never! The aluminum load is finally home! I don’t think I will be able to ship anything today, and I will be dropping off plates to powder coat tomorrow

Just out of curiosity, and idea on how many plates have been sold since you started? That's a testament to the work that you have put into these and is greatly appreciated by us that have them.

 

I get asked this a lot, I say probably over 1000, I should go back through one day and figure out how many I have sold, I just haven’t

That being said, sales are falling off and I am not stopping what I do, but I am going to start looking for a regular job again in December. Again, just because I am going to get a regular job again, doesn’t mean I will stop making plates

 

Maybe you will get some inquiries for the Tacos and 4Runners. I'm not positive but the new Taco and 4Runner frames may be the same.

I did place a order. I was just wondering what Tyler meant when he placed his order. Is it just for the raw materials? Or do you have the plates cut then shipped to you for finish work? It doesn't really matter just curious.

 

I am a one man operation. I contract out all the work, make sure they make it right and then I take care of shipping/pick up.

With how my business is doing now, I am glad I didn’t invest in the equipment

 

Finally getting around to ordering these. I’m in the Austin area and wondering if it’s worth the “pickup” option instead of shipping.

Also trying to decide between just the cat plates or all three(Steel w/black powdercoat)...
