    Did you take off the stock transfer case skid plate? I had the same issue. The stock transfer case skid plate was contacting the cat plate. Removed skid plate and vibration went away.

    So good news and bad news

    Bad news is short and to the point. The order that was supposed to be done early this week with plasma cut, won’t be done until Monday next week.

    Yes I know, but with little restriction from the back of the rear shield for trucks with no diff. Are you still planning to modify a bit for better protection for 2WD’s, and what’s your timeframe, or shall I look elsewhere? Thanks.

    Just installed mine today. It wasn't very hard, but this big boy/plus sized model took forever to get it done. I had to go out and get a 1 1/16 wrench, I couldn't find a 1 1/8 wrench, so I had to use an adjustable wrench for those bolts. Fit was good, took it for a short test drive and no apparent rattles. Going on a short trip to San Diego from Orange County and I'll double check all the bolts.

    They aren’t at powder coat… I had 3 sets, I thought I had more there when I told you that… they are getting cut in the next batch, this amount of time these have taken really bothers me… I NEVER wanted this…

    Added the security bolts with a little Loctite plus the tapered bolt head protector from Rockhard 4x4. Prevents someone from getting pliers around the head and also keeps the head from getting ripped off if I drag it over a rock.
