    Currently the front skid plate takes too much of my time to make, which is why it keeps getting shoved to the side... I am thinking about ways to make it easier so I can produce them faster

    Oh, and to add insult to injury, I replaced the circuit board in my welding machine in February, I think it is burning up again... I just ordered a $900 welding machine, time to step up to the big leagues

    For those of you waiting to get on the list or to place an order, dont delay or wait. I am now at 1.5 months of not having my truck. Spoke with the shop today and they are saying another 2-3 weeks before replacements get in. Ounce of prevention is worth the initial cost with these.

    hang in there @02ducky13!! it'll been ready soon, however "soon" is not near soon enough...

    i was without mine for exactly 5 weeks and 6 days.

    one thing most do not consider (MYSELF INCLUDED) when trying to save a few bucks on a skid is the HUGE inconvenience of being without your pickup for that length of time. insurance covered my rental for 4 of those 6 weeks. the last 2 weeks were on me to find a way to and from work. luckily, i have a bike i can ride. however, it's not fun riding in fog and/or rain, and showing up to work damp/wet ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! it was not fun making 3 and 4 trips to the grocery store with only a backpack to bring home food and beer.

    when i finally got my pickup back on march 25th, i warned my service advisor that i might cry... (not willing to share if i actually cried or not)

    took a vacation day to pick her up; we celebrated with a full tank of ethanol free fuel, a nice cruise on some curvy country roads, and then returned home to install my skid.

    i was hit WHILE AT WORK, and i will VERY PROUDLY say that my cemental did not go down WITHOUT A FIGHT! tough girl broke that human scum's sawzall blade fighting for her life.

    this was found in MY PARKING spot the day after she was molested.

    FUCK THIEVES! OFF WITH THEIR HANDS!!

    Did you have to remove the rear bolts or were you able to loosen the rear bolts and slide it under the TRD skid plate?
