Wish I could be of more help, but my ‘14 didn’t come with parking sensors. Maybe someone might have an idea on this thread? https://www.tundras.com/threads/n-fab-bumper-bs-thread.22161/#post-535527

I've had the ADS rear bypasses and Deaver U748's on for a few weeks now. It's one smooth ride. Have not had a ton of weight loaded, but it's done well with at least 300+ lbs. While down near Capitol Reef NP for a weekend, I caught no less than 4 random people sticking their heads in my wheel wells to check out my suspension.

I love the Overland shell. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done for my purposes. I do wish I had a bigger garage where I could set up some type of system for easy removal and storage, so that I could take it off every now and then.

Cons: Can't fit tall objects like a washing machine in the bed. It's very hard to prevent dust from getting in (we camp under the shell). The shell has rubbed paint off in a few small areas of the bed (my old tonneau cover did too, though). It's not 100% waterproof. Makes carrying long fly rods, etc. a little tougher. I can't carry gas back there anymore since we sleep under it.

Pros: Easier than tent camping. Nothing to set up or break down...huge plus in bad weather. I've only noticed one small spot where water gets in during car washes. Better in wind than any tent. Don't have to worry about condensation like you would with a tent (I hate packing up a wet tent). No ladder to climb like with a roof top tent. Gets the job done in certain places where it's hard-sided camping only (e.g. certain places in Montana that have had problems with grizzlies).

Finished up the exhaust yesterday with a custom catback in 3” tubing, x-pipe, two Magnaflow 5” round mufflers (12867), and dual tailpipes dumped over the axle. Above the catback is a set of American Racing long tube headers and American Racing midpipes with cats. I installed the headers and midpipes, and a local shop built the catback. Sound is deep and throaty up to about 3500. There’s a bit of rasp between 3750 and 4500 rpms. Above 4500 it’s a mean scream. I won't speculate on hp/tq gains, (there are some impressive dyno sheets floating around for this setup) but they're definitely noticeable...mainly at higher rpms. No noticeable low end loss at all.

The American Racing headers delete the secondary air rail. Because of this design, they might be easier to install than other brands that maintain the secondary air system. They pretty much slide right in except for having to remove the oil dipstick on the passenger side and the heat shields above the cats. The dipstick and heat shields go back in easily once the headers are in place. I did not have to unbolt the drive shaft. Getting to the bolts on the OEM manifolds was not too hard. 12mm deep stock, U-joint, 12" extension, 6" extension, 3/8" drive ratchet. When bolting up the ARH, 7 out of 8 bolts can be done with the same socket, U-joint, extension setup and a ratcheting wrench that flexes (I used one made by Tekton). The second bolt from the front of the truck on the bottom row is a bitch on both sides. You really need a bent or cut wrench to get it. I used new OEM gaskets, but I think the old ones would have been fine. I also coated them with Permetex copper spray gasket.

The downside to deleting the secondary air rail/system is that you will need a tune to take care of the secondary air trouble codes. I believe the DAP Tune is supposed to handle this, but I'm still trying to get it worked out. Also, the secondary air system is more audible now that it is not connected to the manifolds. You can pull the harnesses for the pumps, but that throws a code. You can install block-off plates, but that seems to throw a code as well.

Scavenger/merge/collector spike in the middle of the four tubes is supposed to help the separate flows merge together into the single pipe with less turbulence.

How's the truck set without the shell with the mid travel kit?

Not sure. I haven't taken the shell off since I got it (before I did suspension). I would guess the rear would go up at least 1/2".

Ok. Just curious. I'm hoping it'll sit fairly level and not like a pulling truck lol

Nice! You should definitely be able to dial in the stance you want by adjusting the coilovers. Leaf springs too?

I might need to see about some resonators or a different muffler. My gf thinks she won’t be able to sleep on road trips anymore, haha.

Yes sir. ADS coilovers and ADS Deaver spec bypasses. I’ll be running a bypass up front soon, too. I’ve had Fox shocks in the past. Nothing wrong with Fox, but I’m happy with my ADS suspension.

Is there a preference of one over the other? Did alot of reading and it seemed like the best one to go with based on my needs.

I hear ADS doesn't' show as much wear as compared to big three. Meaning corrosion. You find ADS to be bit smoother than Fox? Really on the fence between ADS, Kings, and Fox. Heading up to Jackson anytime soon?

The K37's should perform better if you're carrying zero or very little extra weight. They U748's are designed to be a better ride than stock, but still let you carry a few hundred pounds without sagging too much. I went with the U748's since I have the shell.

I can't comment on Kings or Icon, but I think ADS and Fox both have a durable coating as far as rust goes. I'd say my ride is smoother now with the ADS rear, but part of that is due to the Deaver springs. I would love to get up the Jackson, but probably won't be able to until the fall. I'm hoping to do a backpacking trip in the Winds out of Pinedale late July-early August.

Well can't wait to hear your feedback when you get ADS front shocks. I just order a Alcan leaf pack will see if it compliments my Pro suspension. Backpacking the Winds in the fall is the time to do it. Plus no one really goes into the Winds, everybody wants to see the Tetons. Winds are much more badass! At someone I want to see your truck in person. You have built a badass truck!

I've been tempted to go with Alcan since they're only a couple hours from me. Did you get more of an expedition pack or off-road performance pack? It's been 5 years since I've been in the Winds, can't wait to get back in that pile of rock! I'll give you a shout next time I'm around Jackson, or let me know if you're mountain biking out this way.

My wife and I might take a mountain bike trip to Vernal. My coworkers go there a fair amount to ride. I will hit you up if we head that way. Having a 8 spring progressive pack made with no overload spring, and 500 lbs over capacity. ARE cap lives on the truck bed 24/7. Should make for a good ride. I am getting the Pro squat with bikes and gear, and can't be having that! Next mod is new tires and eventually new suspension, which is next in impossible to decide what to get. ADS look real temping, but don't know where I can get them rebuilt around here.

Yea, I'm not aware of anyone near me that rebuilds shocks. My buddy has Fox on his truck, and he doesn't know of anywhere nearby to go to either. According to MCM Fab, the rebuild interval for ADS is 50-75k unless you're really running them hard or unless you notice something is really messed up with them. That's probably every 3-4 years for me. I figure I'll just schedule something with MCM and make a Vegas/Arizona trip out of it when I need to rebuild.
