Hi guys I'm new to the forum, and I'm on the verge of getting a Tundra just wanted to get opinion on the deal I'm looking at right now.

I'm looking at a used Barcelona Red 2019 Crew Max 4x2 with 14k miles on it. It is the SR5 model with TRD Off Road and the OTD price is $33,700 ( taxes, license and everything else included)

Is this a good deal, or should I keep shopping around?

    Thanks in advance

I always check Edmunds and KBB, good value is usually somewhere in between the two.

Sounds about right, but check other dealers to compare if you can find another used 19 2wd.

Figure out the interest rate first. Toyota has such a high residual value I've found it cheaper to buy a new one, especially due to the higher interest rate on a used vehicle. How does it compare price wise to a brand new truck?

OTD prices will very state to state. Price before TT&L is more important.
But that doesn't sound like a bad deal. If not already, always ask for more off, offer 1k less. See what they counter. All they can say is no or meat you in the middle.
    Good Luck!

TRD off-road package and it's a 2wd? That just sounds funny.

I agree. Buy what you want once or you will end up spending twice. My dad use to always tell me this and it took me a long long long time to understand this concept.

For the amount of money used, you’re better off saving and buying new.

    I am in Canada.

By the way, residual values up here for Toyota are way lower than market value. In fact if you lease one and return it after lease undamaged or under mileage, most dealerships will pay you to take it off your hands or you can buy it and sell it privately and make a good profit. That’s what I did with my last Tundra. Not to mention the interest rate on a used vehicle is usually more than a new vehicle.

I'm in AZ.... anyway I ended up missing the deal. I work weekends and by the time I made it in to the dealership on Monday afternoon, it sold. I'll just keep looking; I'm sure I'll find a good deal soon.
