    52" curve and just cheap $30 brackets off ebay. they were meant to fit 50" curve but if you bend it correctly, it'll work for 52

    Can't you just change the front springs to 700# (not sure what you have now) instead of a new suspension?

    yep. just a small tac weld and use high heat silicone around on the threads of the acre and around the outside should work great. my buddy did it for me. he's done plenty of light bars for people i know and mine.
