Keep some in a small bottle (evidence, just in case he says what he got back was ok) and send him the rest.
    Take video of product also.
Seeing how this guy does, who know, he may tell PP when it received it back, there was nothing wrong with it.

I've never used this product. Probably never will because of not what has been posted here but what DPC has posted and his advertising practice.
I'm a small biz owner and I can tell you, this out of stock statement is complete BS.
Reading between the lines here is what i see:
    My product is no good.
I have to make it appear like it is so good by saying "we sold so much we are out"
We need new formulate a new bottle so I know it has issues but we must BS everyone to maintain a reputation for when we fix it.

Yup you're absolutely correct. I'll bag up the towels and my bottle of magical crystals tomorrow and send it USPS. I can't wait.

Yep, along with most other leading brands. The average level of service in this industry is second to none in my opinion.

That's freaking DPC/luxury microfiber's PayPal "store". Makes everything even more suspicious and absurd doesn't it?

The fine print reads that I need to return the items in the same condition that I received them in. How can I do this seeing that I used some of the coating? I feel like there are some built in loopholes that will ultimately cause rejection of my claim and refund. I guess we will just have to see how the return goes. I'm a little leary that I'm gonna pay for shipping this stuff back, and lose that money too

And to make sure he can't claim he never got it. If you want to really eff with him, file a claim against him in small claims court and make him come to you to defend it.

Wow... @Pudge I just finished reading this whole thread and all I can say is Im not surprised at all. I too, like @War Machine am an avid Detailing guy. I've been doing it for roughly 5 years now, and one thing I've learned since DPC came out with his line of products is that they are junk, forums like Autogeek, Detailers domain, etc. all have negative things to say about their "Performance"

Hope your resolution with paypal goes in your favor. One thing I suggest is taking a video of the product, paying attention to any Lot numbers or production dates, that way you can make sure if that DB tries to say the product he received is perfectly fine or denies any product fault, you can ask for a photo of the lot number or date imprinted on the bottle.

If its the #2 hit on Google, he has to know. I wonder if he'll come over and try to justify his product or his practices. You know, since he loves you all.

Nope. He’s a coward. He’s going to stay on his Private Facebook page where he can control the narrative.

And don’t ever doubt the power of our community here. Look at the number 2 result when you search “P&S Beadmaker review”. A tale of two different companies and products.
