Dale Earnhardt was a jerk. An that's being kind. Surprised he could even fit his head through a door way.

    1. Carolina squat is a joke.
    2. High school kids who straight pipe stock f-150s with huge exhaust tips. You can only hear popping noises for miles around here. Sounds like shit.
    3. Colored wheel well lights or wheel lights are dumb.
    4. Big flashy chrome Instagram names on rear window in curly font with a crown above it. Nobody cares and it’s tacky.
    5. Current generation of people suck.
    6. Inferno is way faster and more awesome than MGM.

Agree with all except 5. The current generation is no worse than any other, they’ve just been thoroughly indoctrinated by our “education” system and that’s our fault.

And this generation is being brought up by whom? So still not this generations fault, they were taught by previous generations, whether home or in school.

OK, well it's definitely not my fault. My kid never attended the public school system and I only did in my HS school years but back then the system wasn't broken in my area.
I'll educate any punk than crosses my path.

The small regular Toyota mirrors do look the best but tow mirrors make up for the looks with so much better visibility. GM style>regular OEM>towing OEM IMO, and I've had all 3 on my truck. Nothing beats seeing the lane beside you, the lane to the left of that, and your rear tire all in one mirror, no more Sunfire's hiding beside the rear tire.

I was always taught to turn my head before making a lane change. Never rely on your mirrors only.

Went to two Winston Cup races in the 90's. Jeff won them both. Was a 28 Havoline fan back then so huge Dale E hater but your right about down hill after his death.

Education, by it's very nature, includes some level of indoctrination. Sometimes it's for the better, sometimes not. And parents are ultimately responsible for teaching their children morality, work ethic, and basic life skills. However, there is a subset of parents who will never bother to raise their children, so the state, primarily the schools, is stuck taking on the full burden. And there is a growing subset of parents who take parenting to the opposite extreme and refuse to accept that their children are not perfect little angels. This, too, ends up being a problem in the schools. Hopefully many of these children will figure things out as they mature and eventually have successful, fulfilling lives.

Not to be a downer, but probably not going to happen. It is a parents #1 responsibility to teach their children to be active, contributing members of society. That can be done multiple ways, teaching by example, one on one instruction, and allowing risk taking. It is the current generation of parents that are the issue. If parents are involved in their kids life then they will also be involved in their school. So by nature the school would not be the problem. Too many parents are not involved in their child’s life, only occasionally checking in on their kids. By the way that does not mean be a helicopter parent either. Look at the number of kids that have cell phones with no oversight... I might as well end this rant with. Now get off my lawn you brats!

I still haven't found a compelling reason to carry a cell phone, especially a smart one. And no, I'm not that old.
