I'm still trying to talk her down..its an ongoing conversation that in the end ...i will lose. Life's too short, so I'm just going to let her just pick out what she wants...

After reading 300+ posts, I'm surprised no one has stated the most valid opinion of all:
THERE ARE ONLY TWO GENERATIONS OF TUNDRA! Don't believe me? Ask Toyota! The first gen being the best of course. Followed by the big bloated barge with sheet metal so thin they need bed stiffeners. Don't believe me? Ask Total Chaos! They don't offer them for 1st Gens because they have thicker sheet metal and therefore aren't needed. Still don't believe me? Pound sand!

 

This is a thread for opinions... not facts. You go pound sand.

 

My opinion is fact! Ok then... IPAs suck!

Funny you mention that, I was ready to wait it out for the Rav4 Prime but the TRD exhaust on the Platinum said, "buy me".

Fake crab leg sticks are better than real crab legs

 

call me a slob, I dont care, but those fish paste fake crab legs are so good, I know they taste fake but I prefer them to the real deal.

 

Haha no it's okay. But I must admit, this is a first I have heard of somebody preferring those over the real deal. More power to you!! I think you may be winning this post now

I’d never lift my truck. As good as it’d look I think it’d take away some of the utilitarianism of it. How am I supposed to load a couch if I have to lift it up to my chest first before bedding it?

 

Small tasteful lifts are the way.

 

Thats why a 3-1 lift make the truck look great without losing functionality.

 

To that, I have another unpopular opinion: leveling trucks is silly. I like the factory take, and it doesn't improve performance.

 

I remember when those things first came on the market. Bragging about them being Surimi Crab Legs. I was in the restaurant business at the time and was like WTF is a Surimi Crab!

I can't stand the rattlin' the 5.7 does. I remember bigger engines whispering till you got on it. I know it's the valve train but still.

 

Harley Davidson bikes are noisy, rattling, oil leaking garbage ridden by sons of anarachy posers whose most badass act all week was to leave their pocket protector at home.

 

I'd say that this is a popular opinion shared by every other person on two wheels. South Park had a great episode about the hardley ableson types years ago that summed it up well.

Judging from a recent discussion here is an unpopular opinion.....

The Pedal Commander is a complete waste of money.

 

1) Most people spend well beyond their means(including $600/month truck payments) and have themselves to blame if they can't go a few months without a paycheck.
2) I don't trust people who solely drink shitty beer. Live a little.
3)99% of tattoos look horrible and are not unique.
4) nearly all new movies are horrible.
5) we care way too much about sports.
6) most Americans don't care about their health.

 

Those are unpopular? I must be unpopular cuz I agree with every single one.

 

I agree with all except number 5.

This one is probably unpopular enough to get me perma-banned: three down football is faster and more interesting and entertaining to watch than 4 down football. And the NFL has too many timeouts.

Rock lights are awesome and useful when camping. I don’t use mine for crawling, I use mine to set up camp or when I decide to go to the bathroom at a night. Lol. Sure I could add other lights on the truck, but They don’t use much amperage so it won’t drain my single battery by keeping them on for a bit. Plus they look cool to me. Here’s my rig in the Mojave.
