Are you positive the clunking was still there when you removed the bumper? I’m only asking because that is exactly what my truck sounded like when my (glass) fenders were hitting my aftermarket bumper. I would try what @mountainpete suggested just to completely knock it off the list. I just shoved a small towel in between them, you don’t have to remove your bumper again. Quick and easy test.

Is it just me or does that sound like a tool or driver bit, left somewhere. Just a thought.

I still vote for hanging out the side of the bed trying to pinpoint a better area of origin.

As some others have stated on here, I think that since the problem started after the re-gear and installing the new bumpers, it has to be one of those that's the issue. Bumpers have been ruled out. Not being entirely up to speed on what's involved in a re-gear, I may be off here. But if they modified the gears in the front differential, couldn't the issue be something inside the differential? Maybe a broken or defective spider or side gear? Something like that would make sense to me given that the noise seems worse when turning and the spider and side gears would be rotating in that case. This site has some interesting notes on diagnosing differential noises: https://www.differentials.com/diagnosing-differential-problems/

Thought about that, but with the amount of hours I've spent with my head in the engine bay it's unlikely

I've sat out the window while driving. All I can do is narrow it down to the front end

What kind of mounting brackets are your resis using?

I hear something along the lines of the resi/mount possibly bouncing/ chattering off the frame horn.

Fox reservoir brackets with sway bar mount chopped off and bolted to the frame, hoses come nowhere near anything when suspension is cycled

Out of town this week but I'll snap some when I get back. Factory engine skid was scrapped (awaiting custom skids) and sway bar has been removed. If you're elluding to clearance issues.

I'm not worried about hoses, I get a clank on harsh washboard from resi brackets themselves rattling off my frame.

If you go tap with some force on the resis, there is no knocking from contact with the frame then, correct? I can take a pic and or maybe video to better explain if necessary.

Spent some time running more rubber fuel line and placing foam near possible contact points on the power steering cooler lines. No changes

You assumed correctly. Trying to decide if I want to order new coilovers or not because I've ran out of things to check

Have you tried to see if your inner tie rods need to be replaced? I get a weird clunk/pinging sound randomly when I turn my steering to full lock. I also tightened every bolt possible. But I noticed that my inner tie rods just drop when I let them go. I’m hoping that’s my issue. They are supposed to stay in place and not be all loose like that. I know you checked your outer tie rods, but not your inners. Not sure if that could cause it.

Have you taken it to the dealership or a mechanic, or just all self diagnosis at this point?

chassis ears suggestion was the best so far. You should be able to quickly isolate noise to a small area. My brother had a similar noise, horrible. Someone convinced him it was the guts in the catalytic converter rattling around. Replaced no success. I pushed up and down on car and within seconds he determined the rear shock mount bolt was loose. Holy hell he drove 1K miles with that noise on a trip said he almost abandoned car lol....

I had a similar issue with my 2014 Ram 1500. Was similar in the sense that it only happened under specific road conditions, turns, bumps etc, but my noise was more of a squeak than a thumping noise. It turned out to be blown put strut mounts on top of the coilovers due to my leveling kit I had. Now of course it can't be the same thing because you have fox coilovers without those type of mounts. My knee jerk guess would be to check the torque of the coilover where it's mounted to the frame and the LCA. Sounds like it's jiggling around to me. Just a thought...
