I just install the under cover flex on my 2016 tundra double cab. I have the factory plastic Bedliner. When I installed it I had problems with it hitting the plastic liner on the tail gate. Has any one else had this problem. I took the tailgate plastic off and it closes fine, but now I have nothing on there. It also seems like the cover has to be push to far forward towards the cab to make it work.

Are you saying you had to remove the black oem piece on your tailgate for the lid to close? or is the piece you speak of part of the bedliner?

If I remember correctly, you should be able to adjust for some height on the flex cover. Maybe you need to raise it just alittle bit. (sorry at work for the next 11.5 hours and away from my Tundra so can't take a look at mine to see what can be done)

Can you take some pics from inside of how you mounted the cover? Maybe I can compare how you did yours to how I did mine.
