Fish does not belong in a taco, in fact, fish does not belong in any food. The only thing fish is good for is bait to catch another fish.

I used to hate fish, except shellfish and tuna salad. Now I like any fried fish, including fish tacos. But I gotta be in the mood for em. Usually I prefer chicken or beef fajita.
I don't fuck with baked or grilled fish. Grilled shrimp is good though.

I can't do any type of seafood. I do love fishing though, it's my favorite drinking sport. If I ever do somehow catch one, I just throw it back.

I should've taken photos of the fish tacos I made for dinner. Blackened cod in the air fryer, fresh made jalapeño and mango salsa, cabbage and a spicy avocado crema. Came out finger licking' good.

That sounds awesome. You’re coming to Sedona, right? Sounds like you and Sid need to join forces.

@TRDFerguson - need a confirmed attending list added to OP. :boink:

If @SAGE63 pulls off some grilled yellowtail, you've gotta try it just once... Properly seasoned and seared yellowtail is perfect in a corn tortilla

I'll try just about any food, especially when it's free.
In Amarillo @JakeJake ordered Rocky Mountain oysters for the table, at the Big Texan Steak House.
They weren't bad, deep fried and dipped in ranch. Just had to convince myself they weren't balls

BTW Jake are you still on the fence about going to T2S? You going to at least come hang out with me and Beau when I get into town on the 22nd?
I figure I'll be there by supper time, if y'all wanna grab a bite somewhere. Or that pizza place Beau ordered from for Panhandlemonium was really good too.
